Fish River Hiking Trail
From April to September, Fish River Lodge offers 2- to 3-day guided hikes through the stunning Fish River Canyon—one of the largest canyons in the world. These hikes take you through amazing landscapes, give you great views, and offer chances to see wild animals and birds, learn about the area’s geology, and enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
Comfortable Guided Hikes in the Canyon
These multi-day hikes are far from roads or towns, giving you a true wilderness experience. The lodge takes care of everything—meals, drinks, transportation, guided activities, and setting up the overnight camps. Groups are small, with only 2 to 10 people.
You’ll sleep in furnished tents with soft beds, warm blankets, and bucket showers. You only need to carry a small daypack with sunscreen, a camera, and binoculars. The rest of your luggage is moved for you by the support team.
