Quivertree Forest and Mesosaurus Fossils

If you're visiting southern Namibia, there's an interesting place near the town of Keetmanshoop. You can see a large forest full of quiver trees—there are thousands of them. Nearby, there’s also a site where many Mesosaurus fossils were discovered. Plus, the area has striking dolerite rock formations that make the landscape even more scenic.
